RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Prior to returning any item(s) to Fabulous Masterpieces you must first email our Customer Service Department at customercare@fabulousmasterpieces.co.uk with the following details:

• First & Last Name

• Item(s) you want to return

• Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, quality of item not as expected, etc.

• Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Free Replacement or Refund

Unless it was our shipping error, the customer must pay for the return postage charge.

Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
Then once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

UNSTRETCHED PAINTINGS

If you are not satisfied in any way with a Fabulous Masterpieces unstretched art reproduction oil painting (i.e. a replica painting that is sent to you rolled up in a secure tube and not stretched on wooden bars) you may exchange it or return the item for a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) within 21 days from the date the order was shipped by us to you.

STRETCHED PAINTINGS

For stretched paintings, item(s) returned within 21 days will qualify for a STORE CREDIT of the same amount as the original purchase price. It is not possible to receive a refund once your painting has been stretched.  However, all paintings are checked by a master artist and by us before it is stretched.  We will also send you a photo of your painting before it is stretched for your approval.  We will do everything possible to make sure you are delighted with your painting. 

BESPOKE PAINTINGS & PORTRAITS FROM YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

We are unable to refund paintings that are personally and specifically designed for a customer. This also includes portrait paintings of people, animals and houses. All paintings will be of the same standard as shown on the website and the client can request unlimited changes.  However, since Fabulous Masterpieces will be unable to resell such paintings, no money back offer can be given.

PACKAGING:

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the returns form which we will email you. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund. Please ensure that the original packing slip is returned with the item(s), so we can process your return in a timely manner.

ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED:

We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, art products are very delicate, meaning you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. If we do receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter the item into our inventory, then we can offer you the option of the following remedies: 1) We can return the damaged items(s) to you at no further charge. 2) We can refund you 50% of the purchase price of the items(s)

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the personal information you give us, such as your billing, delivery and e-mail addresses, to process and keep you informed of your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. COPYRIGHT POLICY

Copyright lasts for the lifetime of the artist plus a period of 70 years from the end of the year when he or she dies.  Fabulous Masterpieces, therefore can only reproduce paintings by artists who have entered into the public domain prior to 1940. In terms of photographs or images supplied to Fabulous Masterpieces, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure these images are either copyright free or that the customer has permission to use and supply the images to Fabulous Masterpieces.  Fabulous Masterpieces warrants that the customer either owns or has obtained copyright(s) or copyright permission to any image which is supplied to Fabulous Masterpieces for use/reproduction and the customer agrees to assume full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright suit or action which may take place regarding materials customer has supplied.

 

PORTRAITS FROM PHOTOGRAPHS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commission a portrait based on a photograph. If you are not satisfied with your portrait and would like the artist to make changes, your artist will be happy to do so. Changes requested must be written down by you in an email or letter to avoid any confusion and sent to Fabulous Masterpieces.  Fabulous Masterpieces will then pass on your instructions to your artist. A new photograph will then be taken of your ammended portrait and be sent to you for your approval.  If you still would like alterations, your artist will be happy to do so (within reason) until you are delighted with your painting. Upon approval, you will then be asked to settle the remaining balance and once the oils have sufficently dried we will then post your painting to you via special delivery. It is importrant to note, that once you have approved your portrait, no further alterations can or will be made and no refund can be given.

LEGAL GOVERNANCE

Your use of this site and any contract between you and Fabulous Masterpieces for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

 

VAT (Value Added Tax)

European Union, United States & Other Countries: On Prices listed on the website no VAT is applicable but prices may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Fabulous Masterpieces is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. Please also be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTIES

If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Usually there are no duties for paintings shipped in small quantities.
